Bags with UHF RFID Tag
ETA offers a wide range of traceable bags in any material (LDPE-MDPE-HDPE), size, thickness, color, and packaged in 10/20/25 or more bags upon request.
Each bag has a UHF RFID Tag - ISO 18000-6 Part 6 - EPC Class1 Gen 2 Standard.
Each kit has a unique identification code on the external band of the roll or on Duplex/Triplex labels, which can be individually removed, and on which it is also possible to summarize all the EPC codes of the UHF RFID Tags present in the individual kits.
This operation not only speeds up the distribution phases, but essentially certifies the “real-time” correspondence of the EPC codes of the Tags present in each kit to be associated with the user, already at the distribution stage.
At the end of production, ETA also sends, in any format (Excel-Csv-other), the related files of the kit/tag associations produced, to allow the Entity to upload onto all devices to be used during distribution (Tablet-PC-Handheld-etc..) the user database, also including the kit codes to be distributed.

Bags with Barcode - Barcode -
Alphanumeric Code
In addition to kits with UHF RFID Tag, we offer various solutions for traceable bags with direct inkjet printing on the bag, displaying the same unique code in Barcode - Qrcode - Alphanumeric on all bags in the kit.
This system differs from bags with RFID Tag due to the different type of collection carried out (slower - usually used for waste collection in municipalities with low population density, scattered houses, villas, etc..) for which simple Barcode/Qrcode readers are sufficient rather than portable RFID readers or antennas installed on vehicles, which instead offer faster solutions for massive collections of several bags at the same time.
The distribution phases are the same, therefore it will be sufficient to associate each user with the kit code corresponding to the Barcode or Qrcode present on all the bags in the roll, also shown on the external band.
