Service of Information and Communication:
The communication campaign aimed at all users involved in the project includes:
Creation of laminated cards
Timely distribution of the mailing
Informative Mailing
Verification of users with a common database
Kit Distribution Service:
- Distribution of kits at predetermined points
- Identification/Recognition of users through health card, badge, CNS, CRS or other method established by the authority
- Real-time registration of users not yet present in the database
- Home delivery for disadvantaged users
- Information on the progress of the distribution phases and the start of the new collection system
Supply of bags/containers kits with RFID tag
The kits are distributed in rolls of 10 bags (or more upon request), each equipped with an RFID tag.
Each roll is equipped with an identification label on the external band summarizing the tag codes.
The association is stored on a server connected to the municipal database.
The files associate the kit code with all the EPC codes of the tags present on each bag and are sent to the customer in the requested format (CSV, Excel, etc.).
The Kit/Tag association files simplify the distribution phases, allowing each tag and distributed kit to be associated with the respective end user.
Distribution Phase:
During the distribution phase, the code of each citizen (identified with an identity card, health card, national service card or badge, etc.) is associated with the label ID of the roll and, therefore, with all the EPCs contained in the kit, thanks to a portable reader connected to a tablet or PC, depending on whether the distribution takes place individually at each user or massively at predetermined distribution points.
Only the introduction of bags with RFID tags allows the correct tariff to be calculated, and only UHF labels have the right price/performance ratio for this innovative system.
In fact, UHF frequencies guarantee a long range and a high data reading capacity/speed; both are a great advantage when it comes to registering bags that are thrown onto vehicles from various distances, and often more than one at a time.
Software (User Database)
The Software in SaaS mode includes:
- import of Municipality data
- management of users' analytical data
- properties with cadastral and geographic location references
- accounts with analytical data on the type of account (Domestic Account, Non-Domestic Account), surface data, household data, active services data, data on issued bills and related collections
- analytical data on containers/bags managed and distributed
- analytical data on deliveries complete with satellite location data
